Artwork & Approval

Once we receive your artwork, we’ll check everything carefully and send a proof for approval before printing begins. Nothing goes to print until you confirm it.

You can upload your artwork via the file buttons on our site, or email files — including Canva share links — to irontreeoffice@gmail.com.

Artwork Requirements

Your artwork must be supplied at the correct size with the following specifications:

• Format: High‑quality JPEG, PNG, or PDF (all text flattened or converted to curves)

• Colour: CMYK

• Resolution: 300dpi

• Bleed: 3mm on all sides

• Fonts: Embedded or converted to curves

• No printer marks: No crop marks, colour bars, or registration marks

Using Canva? Just send us your Canva link — we’ll adjust it if needed to ensure perfect print quality.

Your order will be printed and dispatched within 5 working days once artwork is approved.
