As per The Consumer Contracts Regulations, You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of making your purchase or 7 days from recieving the goods for NON-PERSONALISED items only

Returns will be accepted on any NON-PERSONALISED item from our store within 7 days of delivery.

If a personalised item is broken during transit, or otherwise deemed unfit for purpose - then we will replace or refund within 7 working days from written notification of the problem.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in the first instance to arrange an authorisation number.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage unless a postage credit is authorised by one of our team PRIOR to you returning the item to us
